Therapy FAQs

  • Therapy is a space to explore what’s going on in your life, understand patterns, and build tools to help you feel more grounded and aligned. It’s a collaborative process tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.

  • A good fit feels like someone you can be real with—someone who gets you, challenges you gently, and helps you feel supported. Search our directory and setup a consult with a therapist you might be a good fit with, or we’d be happy to help you find the perfect match.

  • Session rates vary depending on the therapist and service. In Ontario the range is $140 - $ 200 for individual sessions and $165 - $300 for couples therapy. Most private insurance plans cover therapy and some therapists offer sliding scale spots.

  • Gestalt therapy focuses on awareness, present-moment experience, and how you relate to yourself and others. It’s active, creative, and often explores how your thoughts, emotions, and body are all connected. Learn more here.
